How to Choose Your Size
Measure the circumference of your forearm at the position where the arm cup will sit. This is usually the widest part of your forearm, close to your elbow. ( See reference next to size chart)
Use the table below to find your recommended size.
Select your preferred length (100 mm, 125 mm, or 150 mm) for the amount of forearm support you want.
📏 Size Chart

Length Options
Choose how much of your forearm you want the cup to support:
100 mm: Compact fit, minimal weight.
125 mm: Balanced support.

Choosing Your Fit Preference
Arm cups are designed to give you a secure, comfortable hold on your forearm. Your measured circumference will guide you to the best size, but you can also choose how snug or relaxed you want the fit:
✅ Snug Fit (More Control):
Choose the size that matches your measurement range exactly.
Best for maximum stability in aero position.
Padding will compress slightly for a tight, race-focused feel.
✅ Comfort Fit (More Padding Room):
If you prefer a little extra space or thicker custom padding, consider choosing one size up.
Good for longer rides, less pressure on the forearm.
Slightly looser feel while still providing solid support.
Tip: If you're right at the top of a size range, think about how tight you want it. Riders wanting less squeeze can size up, while those wanting more locked-in control can stay true to size.
Example
Measured circumference = 240 mm
For tight/control fit → Size S
For comfortable/relaxed fit → Size M
