Custom Product Disclaimer

The SlipStream ONE Custom Aero Cockpit is a made-to-order product developed specifically around the customer's supplied measurements, fit coordinates, bicycle configuration and selected design options.

Customer Measurements & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements and product information in accordance with the SlipStream 3D Measurement Guide.

Incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent measurements may affect the fit, positioning, compatibility and functionality of the finished cockpit.

SlipStream 3D may request additional measurements, photographs or information before commencing production.

If a cockpit has been correctly manufactured to the customer's confirmed specifications but does not fit due to incorrect customer-supplied information, any redesign, modification or replacement may incur additional charges.

This does not affect rights relating to manufacturing defects, products not matching their agreed description, or other applicable consumer guarantees.

Design & Customisation

Each cockpit is developed around the measurements and specifications confirmed for the order.

Due to the custom manufacturing process, minor variations in appearance, surface finish and design details may occur, provided the finished product meets its agreed specifications and applicable consumer guarantees.

Alterations to the customer's existing bike fit, cockpit position or components after measurements have been submitted may affect compatibility.

Any requested changes following commencement of design or production may incur additional costs.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each cockpit is made specifically for the customer, change-of-mind returns and cancellations may not be accepted once custom design or manufacturing has commenced.

Cancellations before production are subject to the applicable SlipStream 3D cancellation policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product Safety & Installation Disclaimer

Important: Please read before installation or use.

The SlipStream ONE is a customised cycling component intended for use on a compatible triathlon or time trial bicycle.

As the cockpit supports the rider's upper body and integrates with the bicycle's control system, incorrect installation, incompatible components, damage or structural failure may result in loss of control, serious injury or death.

Professional Installation

Installation by a suitably qualified bicycle mechanic is strongly recommended.

Before riding, the installer must verify:

• Correct compatibility with the bicycle and mounting hardware

• Correct fastener selection, thread engagement and specified tightening torque

• Secure mounting without unwanted movement or interference

• Full steering movement and appropriate clearance from the frame and other components

• Unobstructed brake operation, shifting and cable or hose routing

• Secure attachment of all hydration and accessory components

• Adequate rider clearance and safe access to the bicycle's controls

Use only approved and compatible mounting hardware, following the installation instructions supplied with the product and relevant bicycle manufacturer's requirements.

Inspection & Maintenance

The cockpit must be inspected before use and periodically throughout its service life.

Inspect for cracking, deformation, delamination, looseness, unusual movement, impact damage or other visible deterioration.

Discontinue use immediately if any damage, defect, looseness or unusual behaviour is identified.

Do not drill, cut, sand, heat, reshape or otherwise structurally modify the cockpit unless expressly authorised by SlipStream 3D.

Following any crash, significant impact or suspected overload, stop using the component until it has been appropriately assessed.

Intended Use

The cockpit is intended for compatible triathlon and time trial riding applications.

It is not intended for stunts, jumping, aggressive off-road riding or applications outside its specified design and use conditions.

No specific aerodynamic improvement, speed gain or performance outcome is guaranteed.

Consumer Rights

Customers remain entitled to all applicable statutory consumer guarantees.

Nothing in these disclaimers excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
